Sound Junction is one of the United Kingdom's most longstanding and significant concert series dedicated exclusively to acousmatic and electroacoustic music. I am pleased to have participated in this event, where I performed "The Purge" as part of the Sound Junction series on May 29th, 2010, at the Drama Studio in Sheffield, UK. The performance aimed to deconstruct commonplace sounds heard in everyday life and imbue them with a sense of danger.
