ROU Meat Bar is an innovative Asian-inspired bar and grill restaurant located on the fourth floor of the Pang Hok Heng Building in Bangkok, Thailand. We offer a menu of mouth-watering steak and grill dishes with a twist that draws inspiration from Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Western cuisines.
ROU Meat Bar is my personal side project, initiated during the pandemic outbreak in 2020. As the founder, I am not only responsible for the food design and chef duties, but also for the lighting design and video content. I believe that each element adds up to create a holistic and exceptional ROU Meat Bar experience for our customers.
